Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Faulty or Misdescribed Items: If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
2. Change of Mind: Under UK law, you have 14 days from the day after you receive your item to notify us that you'd like to return it, and an additional 14 days to send it back. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
3. How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at rusbogdan555@gmail.com. We’ll provide you with a return label and instructions.
4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
5. Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify your preferred replacement.

These rights are in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
